GMPP Major Guard Coverage Details
Parts and Labor Costs
The beauty of Major Guard coverage is how thoroughly it covers your GM, Chevy or Cadillac vehicle. Unlike cut rate service contracts and extended warranties, with Major Guard your electrical, mechanical and electronic components are covered almost completely even if it results from wear and tear. That's a big issue with cheaper aftermarket contracts, as they often have stipulations allowing them to avoid claims by claiming "wear and tear". Read the fine print and you'll see that GMPP Major Guard is your best option for covering parts and labor, this includes:
- Transmission / Transaxle
- Front / Rear-wheel-drive assemblies
- Fuel system
- Engine cooling system
- Heating and vehicle manufacturer-installed air conditioning systems
- Electrical, computer and audio systems
- Braking system components
- Suspension (Front / Rear)
- Steering system
- High-tech components
- Seals and gaskets
- Safety assemblies

Vehicle's in the shop? Not to worry if you've got Major Guard coverage. Major Guard will cover your alternate transportation (with a few limitations) whether you're loooking for a replacement vehicle or using public transportation. Some basic stipulations include:
- Two or more manufacturer's labor time guide hours are required for the repair, or
- Your vehicle is not drivable and must be kept overnight**
Choose Your Deductible
You want a $0 deductible? You can have it. Deductible options range from $0 to $200. You can add Major Guard at any time while the vehicle is still under its original warranty, but can only be added to an out of warranty vehicle at the time of purchase. So, if your warranty is running out, it's time to give us a call. If you're still making payments, you can even make Major Guard part of your monthly payment plan.
